Tell us how your preparation is going
Before you register, while you are using it, or when something does not work. All of it is useful during the beta.
Email us
You do not need an account to write to us, and there is nothing you need to fill in first.
What makes a message easy to act on
Three things, and none of them need to be long:
- Where you were. The page or the activity. “A Section 1 training question” is enough.
- What happened. What you saw, in your own words.
- What you expected instead. This is the part that tells us whether it is a bug or a disagreement, and both are worth knowing.
Please do not send passwords, identity documents or anything else sensitive. We never need them, and email is not the place for them.
Two things we cannot help with
Registration, dates, fees and rules for the examination itself. Verantrix is independent of the Australian Council for Educational Research and has no access to your examination record. Those questions go to ACER’s own materials, which are also the only current source for them.
Advice about your health or wellbeing. We write about preparing for an examination, not about health. If study is affecting how you are doing, that is worth raising with someone qualified to help.
For how the platform works, the questions page may answer it faster than we can.
